The Kesa control systems ECS-3000 is a GUI based control system and includes as an option complete SECS/GEM communications.
Deptec Support and Upgrades
Deptec support the existing Global Install base and continue to invest in the ECS-3000 to produce further improvements for our customers. We also offer a full upgrade service for Fluke based 3000 series systems.
At Deptec we have many years of experience on VARIAN 3000 series and offer fully refurbished systems (sourced to order) and a whole host of upgrades to bring these systems into the technology and manufacturing practices of today’s FABs.
