Varian Systems
Varian launched the XM Series of PVD deposition systems in the late 70’s, with the 3100 and 3200 series of vertical Sputtering coming later in the early 1980’s. At Deptec we have many years experience on these toolsets and offer fully refurbished systems (sourced to order) and a whole host of upgrades to bring these systems into the technology and manufacturing practices of today’s FABs.

Our in-house remanufacturing process is carried out at our factory in Livingstone. This 4500 square foot facility is equipped with a cleanroom area for the final test of the Refurbished Systems.
The complete process is divided into 4 categories:
- Tear Down
- Sub Assemblies
- Main Assembly
- Final Test
Refurbished systems come with full installation and warranty for complete peace of mind, plus we offer systems components, consumables and second source parts to fully support you and the system.
